Residential
The farm house, the oldest part of the farm estate, in its current state was built between the 1750s and 1760s, with additional building add-ons built in the 1800s. It is a two stories tall, 4 bedroom house (although only one of the bedrooms is currently used as a bedroom), and comes with a spacious kitchen, a dining room in the extended part of the house, a large living room, a downstairs toilet, an upstairs toilet, an en-suite and two studies/libraries. Detached from the house is also the garage.
The farm house overlooks two large paddocks, and the gravel path leading down to the Equestrian Centre where the horses are kept.

The Equestrian Centre
The main part of Linden Farms Equestrian Centre consists of: an open stableyard with 17 boxes and a feed and tack room; two smaller paddocks; a viewing/showing arena with benches situated around it for easy watching; a large horse barn with a hay loft and 6 boxes and a feed and tack room; and a lunging ring for training new horses.
This part of the Equestrian Centre hosts our young, untrained horses who spend a lot of time under saddle and on the lunge as they are trained up to competition life. Horses for sale are also moved here, along with pregnant mares who birth in our horse barn.

The Training Centre
Our main training centre consists of a large indoor riding school and a medium sized outdoor riding school which are adjoined, and a small 20mx40m dressage training arena. A few jumps can be set up in either the indoor or outdoor schools to train up horses that are not quite experienced enough to train on our more advanced jumping courses further off on the site, and our dressage area is used to school our less experienced horses.
Our training centre also has tethering fences where horses can be hosed down after a training session, or can be saddled beforehand out in the open and with little fuss.

The Main Stables
Our main stable barn has enough room to house plenty of horses, and is separated into a mares' side and a stallions' side. Horses over the age of one are in residence here, apart from our sales horses or expecting broodmares. The stables are large, well-lit, warm and have good ventilation, and are not far from our main Equestrian Centre reception building where workers may relax, enjoy a coffee or crack on with some paperwork at the computer. Our food stores and main tack room are also located here, and there is an area outside set up where horses can be tethered for grooming, saddling and farrier and vet checks.
The Kennels
Our kennels are split into two main buildings which each have their own separate areas and facilities. In our main kennel building is the kennel reception, where dog sales can be discussed and owners will be brought out their new pet. Through the main reception are also are main kennels, split into male and female sections. The female section also leads onto a young dogs' wing where just-weaned litters can enjoy a little privacy together whilst they get used to being away from Mum. The female kennels all lead out in to one large run area, and the same goes for the male dogs. Our young dogs in their separate wing have their own runs for that extra bit of security and privacy whilst they are trained and grow accustomed to life at Linden.
Our second building is the Health Centre, where you can find our Vet's office and clinic, our grooming facilities, and a comfortable, warm whelping area for our expecting mothers and bitches with young pups.
Our kennel area also has a show ring where our dogs practise agility, obedience and can generally spend some quality training time with the Crawfords in a show-like setting.
